アメリカでCOVID19用ワクチン接種 <Got vaccine for COVID19 in USA>
4月8日に近くのクリニックでワクチンを接種したので記録する。
<I got the 1st vaccine on April 8 at a clinic near here.>
この前日の昼頃にクリニックを訪れた際に、接種したいなら明日の朝、オープンする前にクリニックに来るようにと言われた。
<I visited there on the day before the day, and a receptionist taled you should come before the clinic open tomorrow.>
次の日（4月8日）、オープンが8時なのでその少し前に行ってみると既に10人ぐらいの人が既に並んでいた。
Next day (April 8), I arrived just before 8am. There are a line of about 10 people.
最後尾の人にワクチン接種の列かと聞いたら、多分そうだと言われた。
<The last person said it is probably the line for getting vaccine when I asked her.>
印刷された紙を持っていたので予約が必要なのかと聞いたが、walk-inで大丈夫なはずだと言われたのでしばらく待った。
<Because she had a printed paper, I asked if appointment is needed. She said just walk-in should be okay, so I waited behind her.>
しばらくしてクリニックの担当者が先頭の人から順にリストに連絡先を書き込み、その日の間に電話するので、その後に来るようにとのことだった。
<A few minutes later, the clinic person made a contact list and asked to come again after taking a call from the clinic.>
11時ぐらいに電話があり、接種に向かった。
<I got the call around 11am, then I visit there for getting vaccine.>
入り口で体温を計り、受付で運転免許証と健康保険証を提示した。
<At the entrance, they measured my temperature. And at the counter, I showed drivers licence and helth insurance card.>
10分ほど受付ロビーで待って、名前が呼ばれたので個室に案内され、簡単な2,3の質問の後ワクチンを接種してもらった。
<I waited 10minutes, and my name was called. I entered an examination room, then I had several simple inquiries.>
質問は、2週間以内にCOVID19の患者と接触したかと、検査を受けたか、過去にアナフィラキシー反応があったか、というものだった。
<The inqiries were if I contacted with a patiant of COVID19 within 2 weeks, if I took COVID19 test, or if I had anaphylaxis so far.>
その後、接種の記録が表面に、次回の接種の予定を裏面に書き込んだカードを渡された。
<After getting the vaccine, the doctor handed me over a card that shows the vaccin information in front side and next appointment in back side.>
クリニック内で15分間待機し、無事終了した。
<I stayed 15minutes in there and finished.>
二回目の接種について追記する。
Moderna製ワクチンだったので、写真の記載の通り5/6日（４週間後）に再度出向き、簡単な問診の後、接種してもらった。
接種後15分間待機し、帰宅した。
この二回目の接種の次の日に微熱（37.8度）があったが、夕方には楽になったので下がったんだと思う。
次の日には普通に仕事ができた。
