アメリカへの再渡航<Go to USA again>
2月16日に再渡航したので記録する。
<I moved to USA on Februaly 16.>
まず今回の日本帰国の目的がVISA更新だった。
<At first, I'd like to say the purpose of this trip was a renewal of my VISA.>
もともと1/26に東京のアメリカ大使館での面接を予約していたのだが、COVID19の影響でキャンセルされてしまった。
<Originally, I took an appointment of VISA interview at USA embassy in Tokyo, but it was canceled due to COVID19.>
直ぐに大阪の領事館を調べると面接予約を受け付けていたので、ダメもとで一応予約した。
<Immediately, I checked USA consulate in Osaka, and I noticed that taking an apointment was possible, so I took it.>
2月2日の面接当日まで何の連絡もなかったのでそのまま領事館に出向き、面接を無事終えた。
<The apointment day was 2/2, and I haven't received any messages, so I visited the consulate. And the interview was completed without any problem.>
面接から10日間以内には更新されたVISAが添付されたパスポートが郵送されてきた。
<Within 10 days after the interview, my passport that has the renewed VISA, was returned to me.>
次に、この時点ではアメリカ政府はすべての訪米者にCOVID19 の陰性証明提示を義務付けていたので、オンライン対応可能なサービスを利用した。
<As a next step, US requests every passengers from foreign cuntry to show the COVID19 negative result.>
私の出国便が11pm発だったので実質2日間で唾液採取から結果送付まで対応してくれるサービスに申し込んだ。
<Because of my departure at 11pm, I applyed to the survice that takes only 2 day's from sampling to the report. >
具体的には、下記の通り。
<Actual timeline was like as follows.>
14日10amにオンラインで動画での問診と唾液採取。
<2/14, 10am: Interview and sampling of my saliva.>
直ぐに近くのコンビニから15日午前着便で発送。
<After that, I sent the sampling from the nearest conviniens stor as an arrival shipment in the morning of the next day.>
15日10amに到着したことをメールで受信。
<I received an e-mail that said the shipment was arrived.>
15日夕方、検査結果をメールで受信。念のため印刷した。
<I received the result by e-mail in the evening, and I printed it out.>
16日1pmに京都の実家を出発。
<2/16, I left my house in Kyoto at 1pm.>
16日3pm頃の便でITMからHNDに移動。
<I took flight at 3pm from ITM to HND.>
16日11pmのHND発SFO行だったが、制限区域内へ入るゲートは7pmまで閉まっていたので、それまで晩御飯と缶ビールを飲んで過ごした。
<My next flight that was from HND to SFO was 11pm, so I enjyoed dinner and beer.>
SFOで入国手続きがあったが、結局COVID19の陰性証明書の提示を求められなかった。
<At SFO, I had an immigrant process, but I haven't showed my COVID19 result. >
また、今回VISA更新に伴い作成した資料（3部）を確認しただけですべて持ち帰った。
（3年前の時は、1部のみ返された）
<As for imigrant process, I bringed back all of 3 copyed file for renewal of VISA in this time. (I bringed back only one copy, and the other two was taken by imigrant officer 3 years ago.)>
この後、SFOで米国内線に乗り継ぎ、無事米国自宅に到着した。
<Then, I transfered at SFO and arrived my apartment.>
なお、米国では入国後の隔離とCOVID19テストが推奨されているが、費用が$200程度なのでやらないことにした。
<Additionally, US recomends to take COVID19 test after imigration. But I won't do it because it's needed $200.>
テストをやらない場合は10日間の隔離が推奨されているのでそれに従う。
<They also recommends to take 10 day's self-quarantine if passenger doesn't take COVID19 test, so I will follow it.>
