アメリカで釣りを楽しむ <Enjoy fishing in USA>
アメリカに来て釣りを楽しむようになった話をしたい。
<I record that I started enjoying fishing in USA.>
カリフォルニア州からワシントン州に移る際に、引っ越し業者の方からアメリカでの渓流釣りは最高だと教えてもらった。
<Mover co.'s guys toaught me fishing in WA is amasing when I moved from CA to WA.>
早速、ウォールマートで釣りざおと仕掛け、それと釣りライセンスを購入した。
<I bought fishing tackle and lisence immediately.>
引っ越したばかりだからだと思うが、ライセンスは事前に調べた値段よりも高かった。
<The lisence fee was higher than I expected. I think it's because I just moved in.>
近くに Little White Salmon という川があり、よいネーミングだと思い行ってみた。
<There is Little White Salmon Rever near my house. And I went there.>
残念ながら釣りは禁止だった。アメリカではルールが厳しいので注意が必要だ。
<Fishing at this place was prohibited. I have to follow US rules because they are strict.>
昔は沢山釣れたんだろうなと看板を見て想像した。
<I thought people have coaught many fishes in old days.>
そのあと、近くのレンジャーステーションに行って釣りができる場所を聞いた。
<Then, I visited Ranger station and asked where I can do fishing.>
そこでGoose Lakeがよいスポットだと聞いた。
<I heard Goose Lake is the best spot for fishing around there.>
ここで一言感謝したい。Ranger stationの方はいつもとても親切だ。

Goose LakeはGifford Pinchot National Forest内にある美しい湖だった。
<The lake is gorgeous lake in Giggord Pinchot National Forest.>
この日初めての釣りにも関わらず、5匹のマスを釣り上げることができた。
<In spite of 1st fishing, I got five Trouts.>
大きさは、25-28㎝。持ち帰りすべて美味しく頂いた。
<Those sizes were between 25 to 29cm. I have enjoyed eating them.>
